A godly idea! (lengthy)

I was informed that the gods in WR have yet to have their roles defined. I have not played WR before but I did play EQLive for three years. I've been working on an idea for my own game, but since my career is still college undergrad, I may not be able to develop it. I'm just going to past a post I made on another forum and you guys can fiddle with it:

I was developing a design document--no worries, just amatuer at best--that would call for the gods to play an active role in the player's character. I also planned on a central or main temple(s) for each god which players can visit and receive quests as well as epic adventures. I was going to have each player during creation select a god of their choice to follow. I wanted to create some higher level content based on the gods specifically such as a domain of the gods; it would reflect the plane zones in other games. The difference between the planes in my idea verus other MMOs--specifically EQ--would be instant zones or "dynamic zones" as well as static throughout the large plane. The players must raid and kill the guardian of each temple to receive a part of the key to the planes. The god of the player would give them a quest for their part for the key. Once all parts have been collected from the temples and joined together at an altar; this will be located in a central region to all continents with a temple. After the key is made the player can now enter the planes through a landmark statue of the god--this would be one of marble and carved to perfection to distinguish between the other statues in the game. I had planned on creating a final zone once a player has conquered all the planes but I will elaborate more later. I had also created a different leveling system than other MMOs. It would call for 100 levels with a promotion at every 20 levels--i.e. 20, 40, 60, 80, 100. Each promotion requires an epic quest which yields a piece of a map for a quest of anceint armor or skill created by the gods--this would be similiar to other MMOs having "epic quests" like EQ for example. The promotion quest can be obtained at any local church or chapel respective the player's god. Once the quest is completed the player can turn in at any chapel or church as well as the temple of their respective god to receive the piece of the map for promotion. Each promotion will also yield a rank based on their god and class that will unlock unique privileges and quests for the player. As for the pieces of the map, each player will be able to activate thier final epic quest for the ancient gift--respective to the god--at any time by clicking the map and accepting it. This may require groups to assist in the quest or even raids.

"I had planed on creating a final zone once a player has conquered all the planes but it still needs work." Now I will expand some more on what I did develop for the final zone: I had planned on creating a council zone completely seperate from all other zones and even the planes. The zone would challegned the level 100 players by having them face all the gods with increased power as well as the creatures of the world. It would be like EQ's trials where a completion of a wave would yield a flag for the next so the player can pick up where ever they left off. The zone is raid only meaning there must be a minimum of 10 or more players in order to start. The difficulty of the waves will be determined by the average level of the raid, number of players, and total attack power. Each wave yields a creature from the world starting with the lowest level to the temple guardians onto the final wave of the gods. After conquering all waves of creatures and gods the player can receive a piece of a pendant that cannot be traded or dropped that boosts over all stats as well as resistances of the player's character. The player must conquer the zone 5 times to recieve all pieces of the pendant and a new rank which will display by their name, demi-god. the player receives the rank of archangel after conquering 2.5 out of 5 runs through the council zone. All the higher level content will keep players from running out of goals. I have not yet figured out what to do once the player reached the demi-god rank but I know that will take more than just a few months; more like a year or two.
