I currently am focusing on a bard named Yailin.... I just dinged 17 and i purchased most of a set of plate mail plate mail from town vendors and etheral spear and sword from orcs in oasis... im currently wondering if there is any quests or zones in which i can level up in order to get better gear... I just havent found any quests that give good stuff for bards.... thank you in advance for the time spent in the response...

Actually one thing I've noticed as a level 47 druid is that I cannont purchase anything of value for my class. I see two-handed swords for melees of approximate level that are like 35/45 and 12/20 swords and what not all the time, infact they are very common, and they cost half of what a +5 wisdom bracer costs. So... *shrug*
 
where are these 17s with 12/20 swords?!? i didn't know you could get those by yourself at level 17 man... i musta missed some huge content...
 
lol, once u got a high level then you can twink away =D

My sk had a Cudgel of Purity from Seru at level1, Bracer of Champions.. stuff like that =D

And meanwhile my main is still wearing leather bracers =P
 
at 17 my ranger was using a gleaming scimitar... there was someone who was buying wolf blood for 5pp a shot, many wolves died that month...
 
ive been thinking about just saving my pp and buying a weapon when people auction them.... thank you all for your responses... i dont mean to sound rude but i originally posted this to find out more information about quests and zones in which to hunt to find upgrades... if you can give me information on quests and zones that would be great.... thank you

Um... a lvl 40 bard just MIGHT get used doing that quest. The najads in Shadowdale would be a really tough kill at 40. Maybe if he has a group, sure. :)

At lvl 35-40 go to Lake Starfall and find the artificers. One of them will have a few quests for you.
