2h dmg bonus, mob dmg reduction

Is there a damage bonus for 2handers?
If so how does it work?

Also do mobs typically (or ever) get the damage reduction stat?
 
Do you even look it up Zaela, or is it just of the top of your head? Either way, love all this info :)
