Zone XP Modifier broken?

Haven't checked this extensively, but zone XP modifiers seem to be missing today. Not new/old bonuses but the base bonuses you can find listed on the wiki. I tried rust with my 65, and I tried north freeport and lasanth with my 55s.
 
The server has been down for almost 9 hours now to fix this and implement the druid and enchanter changes. :monocle:
