wheel of prophecy is currently a broken item from a named mob from War. It currently has race set to none.

effect: shied skin (Casting time: 6 secs)
sta +15, cha +20, wis +5, int +5, agi +15, hp +85, mana +45
SV Fire +5, SV Cold +5, SV Magic +10
Damage Reduction +5
Recommended level of 55
Class: Cleric, Druid, Shaman, Nec, Wiz, Mag, Enc, Bst
Race: None

IIRC this is being taken care of.

It's the first I heard of it, but I'll fix it for the next patch. Please do post any broke war items you find in this thread--it's just a safer way to do it.

edit: You could PM me too if you don't want to leak where your awesome item came from and/or it's something exploitable.
