Alot of us, and im sure many others in the world of dalaya, have -10% zone modifiers in basically all zones worth xping in. Im suggesting a reset of modifiers maybe weekly, or whatever periodically back to 0% because going places with -10% modifiers are not only terrible xp, but it makes exping in general a bore. I'm not asking for a reset to +25 or even +10, just something where your not getting a negative effect.

Wiz has addressed this before, I believe it was something like:
"I could easily just change the messages to +50% +35% +25% +15% +0% and noone would complain"
So yeah, its just the way it is, exp gets slower over time in a zone but -10% really isn't the end of the world anyway imo..

Was it based on killage in that zone or time spent? Time spent I could see someone running out due to group downtimes, soloing there taking longer etc.

zone xp mods. i have only real seen the real big mod seam to effect xp rate to any great deal like to +30% ones. with a +25% new zone bonus when it reset for you. the only way i can see at this point that you could have a negitive in all zones is do to a racial one but hay im fairly new and not inot the AA grind so may be you can hit a negitive zone bonus ever ware. yours hason the warrior :dance:
Like the Wiz quote Maimai quoted, the number is just a number. -10% could easily be 0%, either changing exps accordingly or just making the message lie, and you most likely wouldn't complain. Think of -10% as the normal exp you can get for the zone, and the problem will go away. The only reason I could think of -10% serving any purpose (over a message of 0%) would be that the negative makes it seem (keyword there) worse, causing a placebo-esque need to explore for somewhere new.
