Zone level

I like to explore and exp different places. But its for to time consuming to find all the options to exp at a particular level.

Can anyone give an idea of approx levels for various zones?

Currently im level 21, so thats my main focus, but all information is welcome.

Im not just interested in the 'best' zones to hunt in, but less common alternatives are often at leats as fun.
