If you want a solid response you should probably say if you are looking to raid, how often you can do so, and what time zone you live in.
Also if you ARE looking for an established raiding guild to join you're going to need to be level 65, and AT LEAST have all of your songs. Most guilds want you to grind some AAs before joining too.
