Ok, here is the walkthrough for the ultimate warrior/ranger weapon.
1) Go to Eastern Wastes and talk to the blind shaman that is in the orc fort. He will give you a story about a powerfull weapon that has been spread around the world, he allso speaks about Vastarlalala that stole a powerful gem from him that is one of the parts of the sword.
Now when you have gone through the whole story then kill the blind shaman
loot his Farsight Gem and the first part is done.
2) Go to Western Wastes and talk to Outcast Batutisz, say Ytrazliarch and batty will ask you who told you about it, give him the Farsight Gem and he will give you Dragon Pack and he wants you to fill this backpack with 10 items.
* Block of Mithrile Ore - Miners in Thurgadin Mines
* Lightwood Bo Staff - 2'nd floor in tofs
* Black Slime Blood - Black Slime in Dragon Necropolis
* Heart of Nightseeker - Named giant in Eastern Wastes
* Bloodtusk Heart - Eastern Wastes
* Mermaid Scale - Sirens Grotto
* Painting of Cobolt Scar - CS
* Trainers Sash (or something like that) - Stormkeep
* Head of Lord Assassin Zyk - Dragon Necropolis
* Recluso Mask - Shrouded Isle
3) Combine the Dragon Pack with all the 10 items in it and give that one to Outcast Batutisz and he will give you a Glowing Dragon Pack and sends you off to Lady Adrecia.
4) Give the Glowing Dragon Pack to Lady Adrecia and she will give it back to you and say that she wants the Glowing Dragon Pack, Eversnow Challice (drops of Parselean, the dragon in Dragon Necropolist) and Permafrost Challice (drops of <name> in tofs). And she will give you Shimmering Dragon Pack and send you off to Lady Rosaline.
5) Give the Shimmering Dragon Pack to Lady Rosaline and she will give you a message : 'Adrecia gave you this? Ah, I see what she's done... this is a simple transmutation matter. Ah! Hmm. Interesting. Mortal, I don't think you understand what you're about to give Batutisz. I will be keeping this, and you will be abandoning whatever fruitless scheme you are chasing.'.
So either you take Rosalines advice and give up on your quest, or you just kill her
So, kill Lady Rosaline and loot Sealbreaker.
6) Give Sealbreaker to Outcast Batutisz and he will give you Runed Pack and he will spawn Faeth the Guardian (close to Nemmy the mad). You can kill Faeth now or save it for later, Faeth can be spawned whenever you like by giveing the Runed Pack to Batutisz and he will give you the pack back and spawn Faeth.
7) Ok, now you when you have the Runed Pack you need the 3 items of Ytrazliarch to combine in the Pack.
7a) Hilt : drops of Faeth the Guardian.
7b) Sword : drops of <name> the king in Stormkeep.
7c) Gem : drops of Vasterlalala (level 60 shaman in Eastern Wastes)
8) Combine the 3 items in the Runed Pack and congratulations, you are now the proud wielder of
And the effect is a 120dd/120 mana drain proc.
