Err haha anyone have any idea what is going on?

I tried turning on the Luclin versions of every single race and it told me that I couldn't because my system couldn't handle it.....

I have:

EVGA 9800GTX+ 512MMB

Wolfdale E7400 Core 2 Duo 1.8ghz

4 gigs of Corsair ram

And I'm being told I can't handle models I ran 8 years ago with a Geforce 2 and 512 of ram ??

Is this normal or what?
