I've gotten to the part in the quest where I am required to talk to people. The first person I'm supposed to talk to just tells me she hates me and nothing updates. I remember messing her over for a quest a long time ago, but I have to imagine this would over ride that. Anyway, halp meh!
More specifically: the mob in question is A'myola in north newport.
