Yclistinite Forged Dagger

Has the recipe for this item changed? Tried making one today in a Forge using Thick Miasma, Mithril Dagger, Raw Yclistinite Chunk, and Totem Shards, but got message "You cannot combine these items in this container type." I made a dagger or two several months ago and I'm sure that was the recipe I used.

My only reason for making one was to see if it was still broken... it didn't have throwing skill back when I made a few so it was unusable... just wondering if that's still the case

the finished dagger works now but i think tao disabled the combine because the dagger was broken for so long?

Oh yeah, I did forget to get that working now that the dagger itself works.
