Yaulp + new med system

I was wondering if Yaulp line might be looked at (at least the first few non haste ones) to be lowered in mana costs or increased in duration.

At lower levels: even at 10 mana, the constant mana drain by the spell seems like it would make it non useable due to conservation of mana issues for heals for clerics and stun/FoL for paladins.
 
I could see this being a problem at level 1. After that, it's 10 mana for every about 30 seconds (up until yaulp 2). Really, I dont think this is a big deal at all, especially because a cleric wouldn't even need to use this spell at all during any point in which the mana would be an issue. I mean.... this spell is 10 mana LOL!!!

That's what i was asking to be looked into.

Most fights, the healer's mana is the concern for pulls. If casters are intended to add some bit of melee dps during fights to offset the med change, would it not be nice to have spells designed with that intent and not against it?
 
it. is. 10. mana.

if you cant afford 10 mana ask your enchanter/shaman for haste or do without
