Does anyone EVER do him ?

I really like the concept of questing for a raid mob, but I think considering the '' feat '' accomplished to get to him, shouldnt he be a bit higher ?

Was just wondering, because he's very very unpopular AFAIK.
 
you can only trigger him once then the quest ends. so yeah, people do him to get their mask but past that, no.
