Yaralith the Forggoten

I'm wondering if we will ever get to see Yaralith awaken, so far been waiting over a year for this and I'm getting VERY eager to see this. My question to Wiz are:

1) Is there a way to wake him up now(not asking for hints or to tell us how)? I don't want any doubts on me wheter I should try ways on making him awake.
2) If there is no way for this to happen any plans for it in the near future(seems to me that he has been forgotten for real)?

Hes been awakened 2 times, I think. Hes the Shaman epic boss.

You can start camping the items way before 65, much can be duo'd at 65.

Dispite what a few people say/think about the uber guilds on this server, I'm relativly certain you could get enough of a "pickup" force of people from the major guilds to help you out, considering this event is so rare and probably a buttload of fun.
