I woudn't of though them pirates would have so many votes.

Still, the thrush could prove more dangerous than expected.
 
I would put forward that the crew of pirates could take on the Magical Ninja and the random thrush at the same time; the pirates' parrots fending off the thrush whilst they take care of the ninja.
 
Pirates, of course? I can't remember where I read, but it was the truest thing I've ever heard: "If a ninja gets a part cut off, he would be unable to do anything, if a it happend to a pirate, he would just find it cool and take vengance."

or what if the Ninja's magical powers allowed him to shoot magical throwing stars from his hands as high speed?

I'm going with the Ninja on this one.
 
Ninjas are just plain tough - magical ninjas are just plain the toughest!

you cannot phase a magical ninja. havnt you ever played Tenchu?
 
They arent magic persay - but they have a few magical items to aid them along - and look how tough they are. just imagine how much tougher Rikimaru would be if he could fly and go invisible!! or just plain cast crazy death bolts of doom!! thats just scary thinking about it!
 
just show them somthing shinny, like gold or silver - then you have your chance to make a move.
