Any fans of the Xenosaga series out there?

The storyline was one of the most intriguing and in-depth stories i've seen from a game
 
yea i played it when i was in highschool i can't member most of the game tho just robots and stuff like that.

ngl, not part of the series. Officially that is, the guy was trying to make xenosaga what he wanted xenogears to be. But yeah, it was kickass, around par with FFT to me
 
Oh, I was misinformed then. I never played any of the Xenosaga series, but was told they were sequels to Xenogears. Sorry for being a noob!


I still recommend Xenogears, however!

Nah common misconception, it's veerrrry reminiscent, lots of synchronous points, the whole citan's last name being uzuki thing, fei looking like abel 20 years from then etc.
 
Yeah, there's some things that compare between the two, but the games themselves have nothing to do with each other. Xenogears was good though, but I do recommend Xenosaga. The gameplay isn't my favorite amongst other games, but I'm the kind of person that can play a game because of it's story and this is one of those memorable stories that sticks with you for a lifetime. *tear*

Also the voice/art changes for two kinda just totally screwed up the game for me from the very beginning. Shion and Kos-Mos voice actors from 1 were win. 2 they just blew.
