Wyvernfang Monk Sash, Part III "RARE MOSS" found

the final quest for the 'Learner's sash' in wyvernfang asks for bone dust/spiderkin silk/rare moss/and previous sash..
Rare Moss previously dropped off a herbalist in first ruins, but the zone was redone and supposedly quest mob/item was moved.. i have no idea where to look for it, so any info would be appreciated

While killen kaztra the shardslayer in the underground caverns of icewell keep my druid managed to forage this exact item, is no drop.

I don't know if there's a bug and it wasn't supposed to be foraged there, as i can see no reason why it would be, but i definitely did forage this there.

Iksars monk can forage, but maybe our skill is not high enough to do that. (actually i dont know if forage can be upgrated if you are druid/rng as it does on live). But humans monks cant forage so it should be dropped or looted from the ground anywhere...

Spent most of the day in Icewell Keep.. with no luck...
Iksar Monks forage is hard-capped at 50, and human monks can't forage, so this can't be where we are supposed to find it.. i foraged for hours hoping to get lucky.. i searched entire zone for a ground spawn too but found none..

so we're back where we started... 'Rare Moss' is the only item i need to complete this quest.. sense the change, me and many monks are left stuck with what seems a broken quest now.. if it is infact found in another loacation perhaps we could get pointed in the right direction, dev's? anything..
i'm pretty sure the quest giver doesn't say anything new as to where it should be,.. after several hours of foraging i just dont feel like running to wyvernfang right now before i go to work.. but i guess ill look later.. i dont think she does tho cause i was there sense first ruins was revamped and she led me to believe it was in 'ruins' of some sort..

anyways.. if anyone knows where 'Rare Moss' is.. please help us out.. i'll offer a cash reward for someone finding it.. desperate, been stuck on this quest for too long now...

Don't want to give up.. but as i progress, the time consuming of dragging my self around every zone for new ground spawns and begging for info, has come to no avail.. questgiver needs a new dialoque.. or else the quest is broken.. and i might as well jsut buy something with comparable stats.. i would have liked this quest item.. but i guess if you didnt get it before the first ruins revamp, your sol.. to bad too.. was enjoying other parts of this quest.. even other items were fun to get.. but im at a loss here.. in 5 months no one has seen rare moss.. save some one whom 'foraged' it.. perhaps this proves quest is broken?.. would just liek to know.. i have a hard time letting go of things...

It drops in front of first ruins off the ghosts, the same ones who drop the pages for the mq subquest. Not sure if a specific one drops it, but it is fairly common it seems. They are 30ish and nuke pretty hard though. And there dmg shield almost killed me at 55.
