I just witnessed a wrist proc targetting me when I cast a pbaoe spell. I don't believe this is intended. Could it be addressed?

Maybe you suffer from the same problem I have with my class bracer: AE proc. And I agree, this gets annoying with mez breaks and self-hurts.
