What I am going to try and do is keep a list of the zones I was in soloing and what level you can start there and end at. If anyone has any other zones they would like to add, please add them. Maybe we can stop all the /ooc comments about where to hunt at a certain level.. Also if this has been done already please add a link to where I can find it. I will try to add the quickest way to gain levels so everyone can start playing with the big boys 
This is just my experience so far on the best way to get from one level to the next

Levels/MOBs/Zone/Exp Bonus
1-8/Anything/Newbie /0
8-12/Roaming Spirits /Valley of Emiril/0
12-28 /See Appendix A /Warrens/20%
Appendix A:
Warrens can be started at level 12. Once you enter the zone kill the mobs around the zone entrance to include the rats and bats around the first corner after going through the archway where 2 kobolds spawn. Once you succesfully get to around level 15-16 with the entrance mobs move down past the 2 kobold spawns and head across the little river to where you go through a gate. Once you get past the gate there will be a kobold spawn on your left. Kill that spawn and move down the hallway untill you see a small room entrance on the right. A kobold spawns there and then there are some bats in the back of the room. Clear this room and if you can start pulling the bats from down the hallway. Stay here till level 20. Once you hit level 20 you can slowly start making your way down the hall to where the kodiaks spawn. You can then do the kodiaks till level 28, i think.
