WR Patcher

I am trying to set my friend up for playing Wr, and I have installed EQ, and all the expansions I am supposed to. Then I let EQ patch for three hours, and was trying to get onto the WR Patcher. The only problem is that the page wont open. It isnt the internet connection, so is it the website? Just want to get my friend playing, and it seems odd that i cant even get to the patcher. Thanks for the help.
 
I went to everything now. I went and downloaded stuff from the files section, the starting guide, and links people told everyone else to go to on furoms. The computer says it fails to work because it cannot find mss32.dll PLEASE HELP! (Wiz im counting on you)
 
mss32.dll is used primarily by winamp. does (did) your friend have this installed? It is possible that EQ uses this for the built in audio player but as I am not at home i cannot verify if this is installed by EQ.
