WR patcher problem

I finally got everything downloaded and patched to live and unzipped to the right places but I ran the WR patcher and it froze while trying to patch the_grey.whatever so I cancelled and closed the patcher and restarted it only to get an error message that reads

A un-expected error has occur.
Please contact Christina Serenity at [email protected]
Please ensure to attach PatchWR.err and add the following
Message to the body of the email:
debugInclude = eql_misc.ew
debugFunc = changeToGZ()

Does anyone have a solution for me? I dowloaded the patch files manually from the main site and it still gives me that error when I try to run the patcher. Any help with this would be appreciated.

You can try downloading the patch files directly from the Downloads section. When I first tried to play I had a similiar issue with a different file. I finally broke down and completely removed EQ from my system and reinstalled EQ fresh and made sure I installed everything correctly. Worked fine ever since.

Also, I would redownload all files from WR including the patcher program when reinstalling.
