Will a clean install of EverQuest + all the newest WR files make it possible for me to play on other EQEmu servers, as well, or will they not work?

is this a way to get the good file for play on most eqemu server since the december brake the chance to play i found eqemu after this patch
and impossible to play on any non legit server i found '(
