I'm not even sure what to say. I thought that SoD had been put six feet under shortly after Dawntide was announced (gesture of good faith or something). Figured that it wouldn't be brought back. I'm really glad to see things are still going over here.

Kind of tempted to come back and play now that I know you're still around, tried looking on the forums but can't really tell a whole lot, if anyone wanted to point me in the direction of info on changes from the past couple years that'd be awesome.

Is the playerbase still as big as it used to be?

I always loved this game, and I'm really happy you folks are still around.

Good morning Sir. Unfortunately the player base is a lot smaller than the "good ole days". You can s till have fun but you will find yourself having fun by yourself a lot more often than before.

PS: most of the people who browse the forums are retired (myself included).
 
Nice to know. I may have to poke my head back in for a bit at some point. Thanks for the links, I had thought 2.5 had already rolled out based on some posts from a year or two back that my search pulled up.
