Worn Acumen broken? - does not seem to affect stamina drain anymore

It seems that worn acumen currently does not affect stamina drain rate, but I remember doing it in the past - at least it seemed to me that way.

Most likely a bug or?
 
I think there are some stacking issues, that or it just does not work. This was a known issue, but maybe it was forgotten. It would be really nice if it was working as intended and only did not stack with Acumen/Dar Khara and Sight of Enthann.
 
I remember seeing a difference with my mask of perdition, sights of enthann however does nothing for my yellow bar. :dumbsad:

Mask of perdition seems to do nothing as well.

It's really hard to accurately time, and I've seen results that say yes it works and no it doesn't.
 
Could you please please have a look at what may cause this bug if you have a bit of time on your hands?

Its really noticeable if you use the draining stances and makes the worn acumen kind of useless at the moment.

Just hoping its not a biggish bug - but it worked not long ago so its probably a small one that might be easy to fix.
