World is down????

Its says the world is down when i try to log on but the server looks like it is still up and it say your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator for more information. to my main account i was just wondering if this was only happening to me

it's cool as long as its fixed by the time i get out of work and home tonight. i got a new toy to play with and about 30% xp to go till level 35

on second thought... screw the whole sad gig.
