Words of Absorption

Awhile back I asked the Staff if this 64 PAL spell was dropping, to which I was told it was broken and would be fixed. I still haven't seen this bad boy drop. Am I unlucky or is it broken?

Not to steal Aratar's thunder, but since the subject is spells not dropping. I have not been seeing the follow spells drop.

62 - Aegis of Magic - Never dropped
64 - Embedding Darkness - Never dropped
65 - Disolvement of Shaddows - Dropped once in everchill

Are these spells (includeing Aratars) dropping and were just not in the right areas?

Words of Protection, Embedding Darkness, Aegis of Magic and Dissolvement are all in the loot tables and do drop.
