There is a sad lack of class-specific leveling guides and those that have been written on the wiki are usually poorly organized and wrought self-reference, though a few are still useful.
That said, there is no paladin-specific xp grinding zone guide on the wiki. You may find the leveling guide that Thade and I wrote useful, but it is intentionally very non-specific, aiming instead to provide an overview of various options and a focus on the most popular paths used to level characters (both solo and in groups.) This guide also includes, at the bottom, an overview of routes of leveling and character improvement that might be embarked on while leveling, such as adept killing and quests.
