when asking about the various required parts for the focus of the blizzard, the quest giver does not specify on a couple of the items. When asking about the manacles of shielding the quest giver doesn't even respond at all.

This needs to be re-addressed:

The wizard's 2.0 starfall requires them to go into Halls of misery (not exactly a friendly zone, and they see ivu) for a part of the manacles quest.

This seems a bit ubsurd to me.
