Are we allowed to use WinEQ or WinEQ2 with SoD ?

Does it work with SoD ?

I know it works great with EQ Live and WoW and some other games.

Do not use third-party tools or clever manipulations of the client to in any way acquire knowledge you should not be privy to such as stats of items, locations or loot lists of mobs, or similar. Using Log Parsers, telling others of quests, drops or suchlike information you have aquired in a legit way (for example by killing the mob in question) is perfectly fine, as is making a spoiler site if you should feel like doing this. In a similar vein, using third-party programs or essentially anything except for EverQuest's own hotkeys to repeatedly perform actions for you (macroing) is not permitted, and if found macroing you will be banned on sight.

wineq looks like the same as EQW except maybe better from a quick browse of features.

First thing, good idea to put yellow font, I find it more readable, gonna do the same from now on
About WinEQ well it might be useful from what I saw, I'm also interested in it, could the staff make it clear about the use of WinEQ ? I guess I'm too used to EQW to make the step definitely, but I could give a shot.
Thing I'm thinking, SoD files contain EQW 2.35a, and latest I saw was 2.47 or something, so I guess SoD features might be restricted...and therefore WinEQ could'nt even work.

I think WinEQ allows you to control the other screen from your own (e.g. you can set up heal macroes from your warrior's screen) which is why I'm not sure if it's allowed or not. But if it doesn't work, I guess there won't be an issue.
