wiki registration - i'm a spambot?

Hey guys, I'm trying to register on the wiki and I'm it's telling me I'm blocked as matching known spambots. Any suggestions on how to get that fixed?

Most likely some spambot faked your email to register an account and/or someone registered an account with the account name you tried. Try another email and/or account name.
