Widescreen Resolution?

I use 1440x900 and I like to play full screen.
I was wondering if you guys knew of a way to make that happen for me.
I have tried editing the following lines in the ini file:
Width=1024
Height=768
To:
Width=1440
Height=900
But as I thought it just changed it back when I got in the game.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
 
My in-game resolution selector has my wide-screen resolution on it. It must be detecting it from what your card reports are available. Have you tried there?
 
Hmm, I think mine shows all the square resolutions it can do, just not the widescreen.
I have vista if that would change anything.
How would I go about making it recognize my video cards resolution?
 
Alright, Solution found.
You have to edit the .ini file and then DON'T go to the options screen when you open up eq.
Then anything you have changed in the .ini file will stay.
 
When I try this, eqgame.exe crashes after the "low-resolution" entry screens, i.e. after the password screen.

Is there any other option in the .ini file that needs to be set? Or perhaps it depends on the version of the client? I have the Titanium one.
