Where Is The Legal Info

When I was patching, there was a mini browser that had a link to some legal info. I have a coworker who is paranoid. Where is the legal info on the site so I can reference it?

Also, on a totally different topic, the "Log me on automatically each visit" option isn't working for me at work (IE) or at home (Firefox). Is this an issue with how my boxes are handling cookies, or does everyone have this problem?
 
The legal information that you seek is actually in your WR Patcher folder and is not served from our website. The file is called legal.htm.

The forums are slightly broken and don't hold the password even when that checkbox is checked. It has something to do with our configuration and it's not just you.
