Where can I find some Necro quests for around lvl 20-30?

OK, my gear sucks so far. Cash flow is vitually non-existant and I'd really like to get some stuff better than the cloth armor and great staff Im' currently using through questing. I'm not looking for a hand out and I like to try and do stuff on my own.

Are there any quests I should be trying to persue for a DE necro that will land me some low level items that can benefit me? I'm currently killing mushrooms in Echo caverns because the mobs are all blue to me and they repawn fast so there's not much down time, but I'd really like to upgrade some of my equipment.

Any suggestions?

You can find soft leather bracers in Warrens which have +1 int. There's the ancient mold armor quests that you can do. Gear is hard to get low level really. I didn't start improving tremendously until level 35 or so.

Newport sewers, bloated rat gives a range item 15 hp and 2 saves for 4 each...named ratman in there too...all low level...Gnolls in bottom half of sewer drop the soft leather (all/all) I reccomend the BP, Pants, Bracers the most. Also check faction in Grobb. Head of Necro guild there gives a quest for zombie skins that ends in a GREAT hat!

After those options, remember you are a necro. hang out in undead areas where you can do the best damage/soloing. Kaladim has been good to me with a new primary, offhand, and cloak all in one afternoon.
