Where can i buy Beastlord spells?

I used to buy Beastlord spells in Erudin library, but seems like merchant is moved or something.
Anyone can tell me where i can buy the Beastlod 22+ pets and buff spells?

BST spells

If you can enter Halas safely, they sell bst spells at the shaman/bst guild.

Shouldn't there be more BEAST spellvendors?
