Where are Ranger spells?

Im a half-elf ranger and before ToT the spells where at Erudin but now i was told that they would be at surefalls and i looked everywhere in that zone and i could not find them. Can someone tell me where they are?

They're in surefall glades, inside of the house you can see just after the tunnel.

I just checked that house and the npc's that have the spells are not there.

As of 10/12, the 'ranger house' (where one of the trainers is & the spells normally are) seems to have some mising NPC's. The only spell vendors I could find in the zone are the druid ones, so there seems to be no way to get the ranger-only spells atm there.
