What's in a surname

So I finally dinged 20 w00t, go me!

Now it's time for my surname but I can't seem to come up with anything good.

My character's name is Hayde and he's a Erudite Necromancer.

So watchya think? No it's not going to be Carebearhugger.

My first EQ surname was the street I used to live on. Ashwood fit pretty well for fantasy game.

Please don't be lame and make it something completely unoriginal and cheesy like "Blooddrinker", "Spiritcaller", or "Lifeleech". Names pertaining to class roleplay have become so hokey it's unbearable to see them.
