what the hell?! (Radeon 9800 problems)

ok, so i have a Radeon ATI 9800 on my comp, and EQ recognizes it.

but it says i can only put details into 2 races, 3 maximum

how do i fix this? is there a way?

PS: another question
can i use and account from before "Trail of Tears" ???

if i can, how?
