What lore would you like to see explained?

Since I have been tasked with working on Plane of Lore's development, I've been diving head first into all the available lore that I can find. There's definitely some questions that I've come up with for areas that aren't very well fleshed out, at least not publicly, that I would love to know more about.

So, I was curious. What areas of Lore, be they just a simple question or an undying desire to know everything there is to know about a city or race, or a battle, etc, I'd like to hear it. Who knows, you might end up finding some answers to your questions in Plane of Lore!

Edit - Please feel free to post questions about Kaezul and Ikisith, but with such a huge expansion coming with Ikisith, I'm sure a lot of that stuff is already under development. I'm mostly looking for Old World lore that you are curious about.

I would love to learn more about Malath, the Taldorians, the Ysthar, and the history/fall of the Lands of Magic. I'd especially like to know more about how a certain "reborn" deity found his way (unhappily) into cmal4.

  • The Giants, The Dragons, The Shadowdwarfs and the War of Frost
  • The War between Taraztu and the Goblins of the Red Sun
  • The History of the Othmir
  • Machine Incredible - Clockwork
 
I'd like to hear a little bit more about the Akheva, all I've read is the transcript of their assault on Erudin.

I'd also like ot know what the erudites were up to while they were under their magical shield for 5 years and Kaezul was fucking shit up.
 
I'm going to have to agree that the lore surrounding the minor and unplayable races (gnolls, othmir, ysthar, Akhevans, and the Shadowdwarves, dragons, and giants of the Great North) would be the most interesting.

Looking ahead, I would consider the lore of the time period directly preceding the Fall as the most pertinent, especially as no records exist between The Fall and The Return.

While we know the "ooc" reasons for the destruction of the Lands of Magic, having a clearer understanding of the lore behind it would be nice.

The liodreth don't really have any lore behind them when I asked wiz. I wrote some for the book thingy, think it turned out well. One or two minor revisions I gotta do for part 1 though, sent it to woldaff a while ago.
 
Id like more info on the following:

1) Malath
2) Dragon Curse
3) Thurgadin/CC dwarfs and Shojar
4) What Storm's Eye was originally intended to hold :(
