What level are the Planes?

I'm curious if there is any info people can offer regarding places like Plane of Torment, Air, or whatever else ones are out there. Some info like how many people you need, how many can go, is it pointless to go before 65, etc. Thanks! :)
 
Imo it is kinda pointless to go there before 65. I think they are meant to be raid zones :)

You can also get a group of 65s (a pretty good group imo) and xp in there, but most likely it is better to xp in other zones, since I think that most of mobs in the zones are levels 60+. There are some light blues in PoA, but you need a god puller for them. And a wizard, who ports you there :)

My pet once tanked mini named in PoT and we won :lol: It was really funny, but due to slow pulls and medding the xp isn't worth it. But you can get some spells and trash items if you're lucky :)

Afaik the same rule applies as for most of other zones: 40 people in zone, 36 on raid.
