what is Length of bard charms?

I wanted to know if anyone can tell me the length of the bard charm spells on a mob. Are both longer than live? and by how much?

1 Minute for the 27 charm. 3 Minutes for the 39 charm. The 27 charm is capped at level 45 for mob level, the 39 charm is capped at 53.
