What happens if your bound in Northern Tarhyl and we don't control it?

Topic explains it all. Apparently, I am bound in NT, and I am in a deathloop! So, does that mean I can't play my enchanter until the Keazulians leave?

petition via another char or ask in irc if they can move your char then rebind him else were
