What happened with the CnD?

So I've been wondering, what happened with the Cease and Desist? Is it something that's been disclosed somewhere? If not, will it be disclosed anywhere? Or is it remaining confidential for legal reasons or something. I've looked around a bit and haven't found a single bit of info on what happened.

I thought I made a post while at work asking about it, but I can't remember what thread it was in, and don't see it anywhere. Maybe I can't find it, maybe I'm imagining it, maybe it got deleted... but if the legal stuff is something that can't/won't be discussed, could one of the admins make a post stating so?

Thanks in advance for (hopefully) assuaging my curiosity.
