What Ghosts Fear

I picked up the quest "What Ghosts Fear" from a silver crown corporal in GSM. He wants me to go check out kaladim and find out what's frightening the ghosts. I've killed the two frightened ghosts outside Kaladim, plus everything i could find inside kaladim that wasn't blackscale people. whenever i return to a silver crown corporal and hail he responds with "Come back to me when you have been able to asses the situation with the ghosts of Kaladim". Am i missing something to kill or a drop i need?

Any help/info would be greatly appreciated, this should be the last quest i need to get rid of my corporal bad and be able to move on with Silver Crown.

There is a related quest given by a Blackscale guy, Spook the Spooks. I've asked for help a while ago. According to Rari, the ghosts in GSM are for the SC quest, and the frightened ghost in Kaladim is for the Blackscale quest, but I haven't been able to solve the BS quest so far.

Bad news though: Rari also said faction wasn't affected by those quests, so I'm afraid you'll have to do something else to get your corporal badge...

(ETA: yesterday, and I swear it's not a joke, I dreamed the solution was to stick out your tongue at the ghosts)
