What Eq do I buy?

So I used to play EQOA, and I absolutely loved it, and I finally stopped playing, and I'm debating whether to play EQ (PC). I saw the SoD server and thought, you know, hwy not, it's free.

what do I need to buy in order to play SoD? I went to best buy and all they had was a 9.99 version of eq, i think its the really basic game without any upgrades at all; will this work? or is there a bundle that has all of the upgrades I need?

I downloaded EQ:trilogy from the sony website, and I'm playing that at the moment, can I run SoD through this? at least jsut to see if I like it, before I buy it?

I liked eqoa for the simplicity, i mean, they had to simplify the games to be able to be run by 8 ps2 controller buttons. I jsut liked that, Im playing PC EQ and it jsut feels awkward remembering everything. not to mention the gameplay was much simpler than PC eq.


oh well, SoD seems like its really cool, I'm attempting to set it all up now, thanks for your help!
