What does Fungal Regrowth do?

I have a Black Leather Jerkin with the effect of Fungal Regrowth (Worn). Anyone know what exactly this does? I assume it is a form of Recovery. But does anyone have the number of hit points?
 
Fomelo doesn't tell you some worn effects.
Although looking at Jilg's fomelo I think its only a 3 recovery.
