Weird GFX problem Can Anybody Help?

ok heres the problem i get which is dissapointing because i prefer 1st person view. when i fight in first person view i get these weid SPIKES that get in the way of my view there really crazy and really anoying so now im stuck with a 3rd person view which is even more anoying cause clicking things isnt full easy when your close to somthing else this is my vid card
NVIDIA 9500 GT
runnin on an msi Dual core 2.6
with windows vista
Any suggestions on how to fix this bug?

This is a well-documented problem with the newer nvidia cards and can't be fixed as far as I know.

If you're willing to go without EQW, some people have suggestions in this thread that may help you.
