Weird bug with ingame maps...

Ok here's where it all begins.

My computer that I use to play EQ (sod) on doesn't seem to have any of the ingame maps. Yes I have downloaded and installed the sodmap file correctly. How do I know this? Well...

I copied my Everquest folder over to my brother's computer over the network. Nothing was added or changed during the copy. I played EQ on his computer but for some reason HIS computer has the maps, but MY computer does not. This does not make sense because I copied the exact same game folder over onto his computer. I'm using the same UI on both computers and the same EVERYTHING on both computers when I play on either one.

Now the question is, why are the maps showing up on his computer but not mine?

only thing i can think of doing is just killing the folder and copying it off the net again and doing that.

They should all load up as you zone to new places so you can do it ingame also.

Yeah I've tried patching to live for the maps, but nothing is working yet

try the new patcher and under advanced select repatch all.
