This's been brought on because of my current lack of an irc client(or connection to my computer). However it would be nice if the irc link on the main SOD page would instead link to a page that gives instructions on how to connect, as well as(for those of us cursed with not being able to work at our preffered machines) a link to the java irc client, which I've used and found quite satasfactory as a substitute.
