Weapon Agro selection

I have a quick warrior question about which weapon to select for my secondary hand for agro generation:
Option #1: Stormrazor has a better ratio and packs a DD that procs for around 110 regularly.
Option #2: Ragebearer has a lower ratio (even including the elemental damage) but has a pure hate proc on it.

I'm not worried about the differences in other stats, it's just an agro question. I understand that speed doesn't make any difference in agro any more. The ratio is the only part of the agro capabilities of a weapon. Would the DD and better ratio trump the pure hate proc of the Ragebearer? or am I better off staying with the pure hate?

Stormrazor will generate more aggro. Ragebearer is much better for tanking given the stam and hp.

Also ragebearer has a good resist modif on the proc, while Stormrazor has none. Potentially Stormrazor is better, but it's only if you don't get resisted (and I used to get resisted very often with this weapon, given the low CHA wars have at this point).

Ragebearer seems to be a much safer option if you want continuous aggro.

I'm pretty sure the raw ratio on Stormrazor would generate more aggro over Ragebearer regardless of proc rate/resists.

i remember my ragebearer being inferior to my hammer of ancient visions when i had both weapons. i would hope stormrazor would be better considering it drops off a much higher tier mob. yes, i understand ragbearer's purpose is for holding agro, but it simply wasn't that good. i think stormrazor's sheer ratio would outdo ragebearer.

That's possible.
It really sucks that there is no way to even estimate your aggro besides wild guesses.
